Edward Kovalik

Chief Executive Officer

Edward Kovalik founded Seawolf and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Kovalik is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of KLR Group, an Energy focused merchant bank.  KLR sponsored the acquisition of Tema Oil & Gas in 2017, now Rosehill Resources Inc.  He has over 20 years of experience financing and investing in businesses in the oil and gas industry and currently serves on Rosehill’s board.

Gage Mooring

President

Gage Mooring serves as Seawolf’s President. Mr. Mooring has been actively involved in the Delaware Basin and with Z&T Ranch operations since 2016. Mr. Mooring is also a Managing Director and founding team member of KLR’s Energy Merchant & Investment Banking business based in Houston, TX. Mr. Mooring has more than eight years of energy investment banking experience specializing in business development and execution.

 

Mr. Mooring earned a BA in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Greg Heinlein

Chief Financial Officer

Greg Heinlein serves as Seawolf’s Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his 31 years of Oil & Gas, Industrial, and BioTech experience, Mr. Heinlein has been able to gain significant financial, operational, and organizational expertise. Mr. Heinlein’s most recent positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ION Geophysical, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nuverra Enviromental Solutions, and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Stallion Oilfield Holdings.

 

Mr. Heinlein earned an MBA from Michigan State University and a BBA from Saginaw Valley State University.

Tim McWilliams

Senior Vice President - Operations

Tim McWilliams serves as Seawolf’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to this position, Mr. McWilliams spent 7 years at Gravity Oilfield Services where he managed its Water Infrastructure segment, including 25 Permian SWDs, 100+ miles of gathering infrastructure, and a 500,000 bbls/d water sourcing operation.  Mr. McWilliams led the strategic and operational growth of Gravity's water midstream business, with $50 MM deployed into large produced and source water projects in the Midland and Delaware basins.

 

Mr. McWilliams earned a B.S. in Management from the University of Houston.

James Millett

Senior Vice President - Development

James Millett serves as Seawolf’s Senior Vice President of Development. James has 10 years of industry experience and comes to Seawolf after several years at Jetta Operating, and before that Chesapeake.  At Jetta, Mr. Millett managed the construction of the company’s salt water disposal facilities, drilling pads, and other infrastructure across the country.

 

Mr. Millet earned an MBA from Texas Tech University and a BS from Texas Christian University.

Ty Daws

Manager - Engineering

Ty Daws serves as Seawolf’s Project Engineer Manager. Mr. Daws has 6 years of industry engineering experience in SWD and production facilities design, pipeline design, production, operations, completions and drilling. Prior to joining Seawolf, he spent several years at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP where he led the facilities and pipeline design team.  Before that Ty was with Burnett Oil Co., Inc. and Cimarex Energy Co.

 

Mr. Daws earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering and a BS in Agricultural and Applied Economics, both from Texas Tech University.
