Tim McWilliams

Chief Executive Officer

Tim McWilliams serves as Seawolf’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this position, Mr. McWilliams spent 7 years at Gravity Oilfield Services where he managed its Water Infrastructure segment, including 25 Permian SWDs, 100+ miles of gathering infrastructure, and a 500,000 bbls/d water sourcing operation.  Mr. McWilliams led the strategic and operational growth of Gravity's water midstream business, with $50 MM deployed into large produced and source water projects in the Midland and Delaware basins.

 

Mr. McWilliams earned a B.S. in Management from the University of Houston.

Ty Daws

Chief Operating Officer

Ty Daws serves as Seawolf’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Daws has 6 years of industry engineering experience in SWD and production facilities design, pipeline design, production, operations, completions and drilling. Prior to joining Seawolf, he spent several years at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP where he led the facilities and pipeline design team.  Before that Ty was with Burnett Oil Co., Inc. and Cimarex Energy Co.

 

Mr. Daws earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering and a BS in Agricultural and Applied Economics, both from Texas Tech University.

Patrick Rigamer

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Rigamer serves as Seawolf’s Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Rigamer has 11+ years of experience in energy and finance, with roles in equity research, investment banking, and corporate finance.  Mr. Rigamer was previously with IBERIA Capital Partners and Seaport Global Securities, where he was responsible for advising institutional clients on publicly traded E&P equities and joined Seawolf at inception in 2018 as VP of finance.

 

Mr. Rigamer holds a JD/MBA and a BA in International Relations from Tulane University.
